Island ActivitiesAll island activities are included in our rates: unlimited use of our Wave Runners, kayaks, all snorkelling and fishing equipment, volleyball and water volleyball, American football, soccer, badminton, frisbee, bocce balls, horseshoes, board games, iPod Touches loaded with music, and iPads loaded with games, books and videos. But there is so much more for you to enjoy and discover while here. Details...If use of our 32 foot boat is required for diving or transportation, there will be a charge of 150% of fuel cost calculated at one gallon per mile. All off-island activities are charged to you at cost, and if we receive a referral fee from tour or dive operators, that is passed on to you as a discount. Your concierge will be happy to arrange transportation to a dive site, to the mainland to explore Maya ruins, or to visit Butterflies Spa -- and even to bring its masseuses to the island for you. Need anything else whatsoever? Just ask, and we'll take care of it. 
Sailing OptionBy adding the sailing option, you can now enjoy a fully crewed 47 or 50 foot catamaran. The choices for fun are many, but a few include a leisurely sailing trip around the South Water Caye Marine Reserve, a snorkel experience over the reef, an offshore lunch, sunset cocktails at sea... whatever strikes your fancy. Details...The sailing option incurs an additional charge of $850 per day. Overnight sailings may incur extra fees depending on itinerary, please enquire. The yacht price is in addition to the Royal Belize published rates, and subject to yacht availability. Local transfers by yacht between Belize City and Royal Belize for arrival and departure are available at no extra cost, but are restricted to daylight sailings. You may view more details here. 
World-Class Diving And FishingThe second largest reef in the world is only a few minutes away, and some of the best walls in Belize are the regular stomping ground of your concierge and staff on their days off. See turtles, spotted eagle rays, and a plethora of other sea life literally in your back yard: Royal Belize is within the World Heritage Site of South Water Caye Marine Reserve, a pristine and unspoiled reef system like few others in the world. A bit further lies the famous Great Blue Hole, a unique natural formation considered a mecca for divers worldwide. And of course those in-the-know are aware that Belize has some of the best fly-fishing in the world. Details...
We'll be happy to arrange for dives (including equipment rental), or even instructions if you're interested in diving but have never had the chance to try this relaxing and extraordinary activity. The local reef offers an almost infinite number of dive profiles, sure to please both the novice and expert diver. For aspirant divers, we also suggest the Discover Scuba course: consisting of a brief lesson followed by an open water dive, this course is designed as an introduction to scuba for those who would like to give it a try before committing to the certification course. 
Mainland ToursAn abundance of activities await you on the mainland, from exploring Maya ruins, to helicopter tours, to floating down a river and through caves on an inner-tube, to breath-taking nature walks through unspoiled natural parks, to zip-lining in the jungle… So many choices! For nature lovers, Belize offers countless opportunities to lose oneself in unspoiled nature preserves and to encounter animals endangered in the rest of the world. Details...Let us arrange a helicopter tour for you with Astrum Helicopters. Or perhaps a chauffeured van ride to the Maya ruins of Xunantunich is more to your liking? Or how about hiking in the Cockscomb Wildlife Sanctuary and Jaguar Preserve, visiting a butterfly farm, learning a traditional Garifuna dance… Just let your concierge suggest and arrange all these activities for you, and more. 
Spa TreatmentsWhether you prefer to enjoy a relaxing massage in your favourite spot on the island or visit nearby Butterflies Spa on the beach for "the works", your concierge will be happy to make all the arrangements for you. Massages, manicures, and pedicures are easily available on the island, but some other treatments such as facials or aromatherapy are best enjoyed at Butterflies Spa because of the additional equipment involved. Details...We often recommend to our guests that they consider combining a visit to the spa with a relaxing river cruise if they desire a change of scenery: Sittee River, only about fifteen minutes away, offers a charming and relaxing view of local flora and fauna. Idle up the river and marvel at the bounty of edible fruits ripe for the picking, and the incredible variety of wildlife of all sorts. After the cruise, which can be as brief or long as you wish, stop at the marina for a five minute car transfer to Butterflies Spa, where you will thoroughly indulge your senses thanks to the expertise of the professional staff.
