Seasoned ChefsFrom the moment you make a reservation, your concierge will start planning to ensure that your every culinary whim will be indulged during your stay at Royal Belize. The first step in this process will be for you to complete a survey that includes preliminary details about your culinary preferences, after which your concierge will choose your chef from a select group of experienced professionals. And while you're here, he'll spend several hours every day coordinating and overseeing the preparation of your meals to ensure their perfect execution and your full satisfaction.
A Perfect Setting, Every TimeOur Grand Palapa serves as your dining room and lounge, as well as the social centre of the island. Here you will enjoy your chef's creations in a setting that offers a unique blend of refinement and rusticity, beautifully framed against the backdrop of the spectacular Caribbean Sea. But of course you may request each meal to be served wherever you wish: under a coconut tree, on any pier or deck, in your room… At Royal Belize, the choice is always yours. And your concierge absolutely loves to stage stunning night-time scenes, awash in the romantic glow of oil lamps and torches, at any number of unique and charming locations on the island.
All Inclusive IndulgenceA vacation, much like a recipe, requires planning and predictable results. That is why our rates are all-inclusive -- so that you'll know exactly what to expect at the end. All meals, snacks, and beverages (including beer, wine, and standards spirits and liquors) are included in our rates. Details...At your request, we will provide you with a list of standard and special order beverages and additional specialty items. Champagne, certain wines, and some spirits and liquors will incur additional charges. Specialty items, such as imported cheeses and pâté, are also not included. Please enquire for more details and for current wine and cheese lists. All special orders are offered at cost (plus transportation, if applicable), and are payable in full regardless of amounts consumed.
